How long can I keep the pasties in the freezer?
For best results, use the frozen pasties within 6 months of receipt. We bet however you won’t be able to wait that long!
Why are your Cornish pasties sent frozen?
Unlike other suppliers of pasties by post, we only send our pasties frozen and unbaked.
We make and freeze our pasties each day, locking in goodness and flavour and then send them out frozen in an insulated polybox with a freezer pad.
Our nearby courier picks them up from us at late in the afternoon and they are delivered to you the following morning before 12 noon. This way you can enjoy the pasties when you are ready and they will come out of your oven fantastically fresh and will taste just as if you were in Cornwall!
Where do the ingredients come from?
Where possible the ingredients are Cornish. Most are locally sourced, with deliveries every day.
Our pasties are freshly produced each day and then frozen, unbaked, to lock in all their juicy goodness and flavour. Simply store your pasties in your freezer and then bake them from frozen. Enjoy your pasties!
What should I do when my delivery arrives?
All our pasties are delivered to you frozen in an insulated box. Our courier picks them up in Cornwall in the late afternoon and they are delivered the following morning before 12 noon. Please ensure therefore that there will be someone available to receive the delivery and get the pasties straight into a freezer. Don’t worry if the pastry has started to thaw a little, simply put in your freezer for when you are ready to use them. The baking instructions included with every delivery will tell you all you need to know.
