Fresh & Frozen Produce
Boxes containing fresh and frozen produce will only be dispatched Monday to Thursday on a next day service.
How It Works: Our pasties are sent out frozen in an insulated box, with an outer carton for delivery. They should arrive frozen and ready to cook at home. They can be cooked immediately to be eaten, or frozen to cook at a later date.
Signatures are no longer required upon delivery, although the recipient must acknowledge receipt unless the hamper is to be left in a designated place.
If the package cannot be delivered, a card will be left advising the purchaser or recipient to contact the courier. In the unlikely event that the delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, We cannot accept responsibility. Nor can we be held responsible if incorrect delivery information is given, premises are closed when delivery is attempted and we were not informed of opening times or the recipient is out or away.
The couriers are responsible for goods in transit but if for any reason our couriers misplace a parcel, we will offer you a complete refund or replacement.
How quickly will my order arrive?
All orders are processed and sent to our courier first thing in the morning for delivery the next day.
We will send you a notification email when your order has been dispatched.
While we always try our best to dispatch every order following the above guidelines, during extremely busy periods dispatch times may increase by up to one day.
How can I track the status of my order?
You will receive an email to confirm we have received your order and that your payment has been accepted. You will also receive an email when your order has been dispatched.
In your dispatch confirmation email we will include any relevant tracking numbers, allowing you to track your parcel on the DPD website. The recipient’s phone number and email address must be provided.
