How long can I keep the pasties in the freezer?

For best results, use the frozen pasties within 6 months of receipt. We bet however you won’t be able to wait that long!

Why are your Cornish pasties sent frozen?

Unlike other suppliers of pasties by post, we only send our pasties frozen and unbaked.

We make and freeze our pasties each day, locking in goodness and flavour and then send them out frozen in an insulated polybox with a freezer pad.

Our nearby courier picks them up from us at late in the afternoon and they are delivered to you the next day. This way you can enjoy the pasties when you are ready and they will come out of your oven fantastically fresh and will taste just as if you were in Cornwall!

Where do the ingredients come from?

Where possible the ingredients are Cornish. Most are locally sourced, with deliveries every day.
