How It Works
Our pasties are sent out frozen in an insulated box, with an outer carton for delivery. They should arrive frozen and ready to cook at home. They can be cooked immediately to be eaten, or frozen to cook at a later date.
For best results cook from frozen. Do not refreeze after defrosting. The following cooking instructions are a guideline only, as all appliances vary in performance. Pre-heat oven and place frozen product on parchment on a baking sheet (if glazing is required apply at this stage). Pierce with a knife and bake in a convection oven at 180C/360F or a deck oven at 225C/425F for approximately 45 – 55 minutes.
